Right? Well, not exactly. Not only did the Peabody Opera House play host to acts like The Rolling Stones, Ray Charles and Elvis, but it was also called the Kiel Opera House. Now, after years of abandonment, the venue underwent a huge, multimillion-dollar renovation, and Hughes was tasked with helping them rebrand it under its new name. And what better way to celebrate its first Grand Opening since the original one in 1934 than with “An Encore 77 Years in the Making.”
A gorgeous, $80 million renovation calls for some pretty gorgeous advertising.
